Specify directories to include / exclude?

First, thanks so much for this very useful plugin.

Maybe I'm missing something in the documentation, but is there an easy way to specify directories to include and exclude? This would make it easier to narrow down results to those the user cares about.

It using fd by default. So for the excluding pattern you can setup with fd ignore file.
