Why Roman Urdu?

Roman Urdu is widely used by millions of Pakistani and Indian users who are not fluent in English or Arabic script (Nastaliq). Translating React documentation into Roman Urdu will help beginner developers understand core concepts in their familiar spoken language.

Examples:

• "Component kya hota hai?"
• "Props or State ka farq kia hai?"

Who will maintain it?

I (@abdullahdev00) am ready to contribute and maintain the translation.
