Vote UI doesn't reset when a vote is not cast #1689
Description
The vote UI doesn't reset when a vote is not cast or submitted, both online and offline.
The previous state of the vote is kept to pre-select the next vote, cycle, even if no possible selections can be made, and the black whitelist is ignored.
Also, mutator icons are being set to a different one.
For replication, select votes but don't submit, close the voting UI, go back to the match, and open the vote UI again.
I think the vote UI needs to be reset before every time its launchend.
Also, white and blacklisting should be checked if the get used in any case.
