Feature request: set 30 fps limit #445
Description
On my TV there are a lot of frames dropping when a video is playing at 60 fps at 1080p or higher resolution. In contrast, 1080p at 30 fps runs just fine. It actually makes watching videos at 60 fps quite worse than watching at 30 fps.
I have seen that the frames dropping issue is not an easily fixable issue, but instead, would it be possible to add an option to limit the framerate to 30 fps?
