feat: more details and link to new version

It would be nice if there was some more information for new versions:

• version number should link directly to the release notes
• nice to have: possibility to expand and see all releases
• age of the release, maybe like

version number - You can set up the dashboard.web_url to link to release notes, e.g. https://goauthentik.io/docs/releases/{{ version | split:"." | slice:":-1" | join:"." }}

expand and see all releases - I don't really want to add this as the app is all about the latest release. It shouldn't really matter how many there were before. You can see that on the changelogs when you look to see whether the update may break things

age of the release - Will have this functionality when I get round to #382. For now it's only available on hover of the version

Have got a table view coming in #697 for an easy to see age of release. Happy for me to close this once that's in as we have a route for version number linking to docs, and I don't think a list of all releases fits the app?
