feat: Support for "ServiceOwner" or "tag" in vars for title/message templates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem, i just wonderd if you can add "tag" to the vars that can be used in both the title and message templates. I am going to define a responsible person in the tag and want to see the information in teams.

add another variable to argus, like "ServiceOwner" or something like this
