This commit is kind of an early MacOS backend. All 3 examples compile and run with this backend. Mouse/keyboard inputs not working at the moment, the only event is close event. I was sometimes a bit unsure whether I should name something Cocoa or MacOS, and there are not many comments. The app starts in the background for some reason, but I am investigating this issue.
