chore: rename AppKit Demo to Reown Demo

Description

Updates the demo application branding from "AppKit Demo" to "Reown Demo" as requested. Changes include:

• Page title updated from "AppKit Demo" to "Reown Demo" (affects browser tab and SEO metadata)
• Header text updated from "AppKit Demo" to "Reown Demo"
• Description text updated from "Use our AppKit demo to test and design onchain UX" to "Use our demo to test and design onchain UX"
