Resampler: schema

The resampler's output is basically a shakemap.
It does in it's original form have a few attributes that diverge from the shakemap's schema, though:

• it doesn't have the attribute shakemap_originator on the event-element
• it does have an additional attribute seed

I've briefly reverted those changes so that riesgos-wps doesn't complain about the resampler's output not conforming to its schema; but we should probably check if we can adjust the schema or use another one.
