I like to use with sqlalchemy. But I'd rather use your proposed library.

We don't have any concrete plans for an ORM. We might add one once the one-click-hosting is implemented, but until then it's not a priority. Rio is, at the end of the day, just a GUI framework after all.

Can you be more specific? What is it that you'd like to see in line between Rio and the ORM? Is there any sort of integration with Rio you're thinking of? Because it just seems to me like there are many great systems out there for all the many different libraries already and as much as I'd like to have a nicely integrated database, I just don't see what we can do better than those. Not to mention that we'd be restricting users to a single database or set of databases instead of allowing them to use anything.

For those who have worked with Django (even a little), a measure of the integrity of the tool and the comfort of the user has emerged. If Rio had a built-in ORM, it would have been easier to design the user manager and the form manager. Of course, your talk about restricting users convinced me. Instead it has room. in the manual documents section put a few new sections for the user guide to integrate Rio with Django or the rest of the similar tools. I couldn't combine it with Django.
