Software is an art. I write with Python and typescript. Here are some of my creations:

  • motif_searcher: Fun drug-resistant mutation finder in a genome™.
  • from_scratch: NumPy implementation of 1D CNN with layers, activations and loss functions.
  • thumbry.com: Reviews and comparisons of AI tools, dev productivity software, and creator tools.
  • acchyut.com.np: My personal website and digital garden - essays, software, hobbies. Built with Next.js.

Older stuff:

  • spectro: App for calibration curves, predicting concentration from absorbance, and managing spectrophotometry experiments.
  • breast-cancer: Comparing classical models for breast cancer classification and a flask-based app.
