why is there now a white window set around viewing the webpages?

now in 19 there is a inverse white window that tries to surround each webpage. this is murdering my terminal and stealing precious character space i need for displaying websites. how do you disable this and make it act the old way so i can have full use of my screen again?

Horizontal text margin set to 0.

You can edit the color using "User Interface" > "Color settings" > "Color terminals" / "Non-color terminals" > "Desktop" > "Background color" (ui.colors.color.desktop.background).
