Three more minor issues

1. Sometimes, the tab titles change to "z". It most often happens, when I start vi in a window. Also, when I close a window by pressing Ctrl-D and reconnect, the title remains "PuTTY (inactive)".

2. The close button for the mRemoteNG application does not work. I can close the app only by other means (File-Close from the menu).

3. Some of my saved connections try to use an old key file and I cannot for the life of me find why/where this setting comes from. I see lines like this at the start of the PuTTY session:

Unable to use key file "C:\Users\xxx\.ssh\id_ed25519" (OpenSSH SSH-2 private key (new format))
Using username "www".
Authenticating with public key "pageant@machine" from agent
...

I cannot find that path in the XML file and not in the referenced PuTTY session setting.
