Licensing issue with pillow-heif

While the package source is BSD-3 licensed (https://github.com/bigcat88/pillow_heif), the PyPi binaries are GPLv2 licensed (https://pypi.org/project/pillow-heif/). This means installing the roboflow package will require me to relicense my codebase to GPLv2!

Is there a way to make this dependency optional? I can see this dependency causing lots of legal implications for customers not closely checking, especially since this package is Apache 2.0 licensed.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention; we'll get it fixed using pi-heif instead of pillow-heif. Just need to make sure it doesn't cause any breaking changes across the downstream ecosystem that uses this package.
