IO example

I know there's some ides in #142 but I'd like to see some examples like celluloid-io but using concurrent-ruby. Anyone have some or should I just do some?

@elcuervo I don't believe we have any examples of that nature right now. If you are interested in creating such examples we would love to include them in our docs.
