Request for JRuby 9.3.9.0

I couldn't able to upgrade our JRuby version for some specific reason and is it possible to add JRuby 9.3.9.0 back?

So basically, no, update JRuby before updating the OS, e.g. https://github.com/ruby/ruby-builder/releases/tag/jruby-9.3.15.0 is available on all OS.

It has never been available on ubuntu-24.04.
