Outer line docs italicises entire code block

Adding a outer line doc (///) to an enum, struct, and function italicises the entire code block.

Doesn't seem to be noticeable with the default theme, can you run Inspect Editor Tokens and Scopes on the enum name with and without the comment?

Looks like it's the Markdown injection again.

Also noticed this, which sounds like Markdown issues:

The theme is Penumbra Dark Contrast+.

Getting this same issue, except slightly worse because it also colors all the code in the comment color (although I think this is the exact same bug, just my theme(?) is coloring them for some reason)

Theme is Sonokai
rust-analyzer version is 1.72.0-nightly (065a1f5d 2023-06-21)

Rolling back to extension ver. v0.4.1559 makes it work fine so it's probably something between then and v0.4.1560

This regressed with #15102, turns out $ in a textmate grammar signals end of string, not line as I was hoping it would
