Fix In Progress

Good catch — the v0.5.1 release was published as source-only because the Firmware CI was broken (missing `xxd` tool in the Docker container).

What was fixed

Just pushed to main:

• Firmware CI upgraded from `espressif/idf:v5.2` → `v5.4` (matches the QEMU workflow)
• Replaced `xxd` with `od` — `xxd` isn't available in the Espressif IDF container, but `od` is
• Added `ota_data_initial.bin` to artifact uploads

The Firmware CI is now building. Once it passes, I'll download the artifacts and attach the pre-compiled binaries to the v0.5.1-esp32 release.

In the meantime — build from source

If you need the binaries now, you can build from source using ESP-IDF v5.4:

The binaries will be in `build/`:

• `esp32-csi-node.bin` — main firmware

• `ota_data_initial.bin` — OTA data

I'll update this issue once the binaries are attached to the release.

Pre-compiled binaries now available

The v0.5.1-esp32 release now includes pre-compiled firmware binaries:

What was fixed

The Firmware CI was upgraded from ESP-IDF v5.2 → v5.4 and the xxd dependency was replaced with od (which is available in all containers). Builds now succeed and artifacts are uploaded automatically.
