Add icon for Blazor #1951

Requirements
- I have searched the (also closed) issues for the icon and found nothing related or helpful
- I have searched the suggestion list
Justification
Because there are single icons for Angular, React, NPM, Bootstrap, etc. - yet their most competitive "brother/sister technology", Blazor (which derives its icon from the Razor syntax & is also used for ASP.NET in general nowadays), doesn't get such support. 😢

Use scenario
In oh-my-posh based PowerShell for whenever I'm in a Blazor-based project, in code (comments) for when there's a note about the future migration (talking Classic ASP here.. 😅), etc. - basically as a "shortcut" whenever I'd otherwise write "Blazor".
