[RFE] mask regions when publishing applications based on description tag #180
Description
By default ravshello exposes all regions available to an account when publishing an application:

0) US-Central-1
1) US-East-1
2) US-East-3
3) US-East-4
4) US-West-1
5) US-West-2
6) US-West-3
7) Canada-Central-1
8) Europe-Central-1
9) Europe-West-1
10) Europe-West-2
11) Europe-West-3
12) Sao-Paulo
13) Singapore
14) Sydney
15) Tokyo-1
16) Tokyo-2
17) Seoul
18) Taiwan
19) Mumbai
We have a need to control which regions ravshello will expose based on tags set on a blueprint.
The immediate need is to mask the "BMC" (baremetal) regions. I'd recommend looking for a tag like #bmc or something similar. If the #bmc tag is present only list out bmc capable regions. If no region tag is present then the default should be to list all available regions on the account sans baremetal regions.
