This workflow change appears unrelated to the dependency upgrade described in the PR title. The addition of
fail-fast: falseis a testing strategy change that should ideally be in a separate PR or be explained in the PR description. If this change is intentional and related to the dependency upgrade, please clarify the relationship in the PR description.
