Proposed Solution

Change this to inaccessible quick settings panel, so we can't open it in lock screen mode and no changes can be made, that what our option is about.

I looked into this, might be possible with reading logs to detect the QS expansion but this will break the ability to access notifications and possible the animation smoothing time will affect the security as if you spam enough, you might be able to trigger it anyways. I was looking into some source code of Android and found some adb cmd things might be related which may help me to add a feature like turn back on Flight mode if it was enabled from the lock screen.
