[Feature]: screen off for apps that stop playing media once screen turns off

Problem Statement

It is for the apps that prevent media from playing when the screen is off.

I got the inspiration by the existing "caffeinate" feature, but with an opposite approach, could offer a sought-after feature.

The core idea is to be able to save battery which is otherwise wasted on the screen turned on.

Proposed Solution

Option to somehow turn the screen off or darken it too much to achieve turned off state.

I'll look into how scrcpy forced the display panel to be off during screen mirroring. If I can replicate here, that should do the job. Let's see. There won't be any other battery saving ups as the devices will stay awake even if the screen is off.
