[Feature]: Add timeout options in Caffeinate

Problem Statement

It seems Caffeinate only has a simple off or infinite on toggle in quick settings, instead of a cycle through multiple time out option like in custom roms like Lineage OS

Proposed Solution

I would like an option to set a specified amount of time that Caffeinate should always run on, whether that's 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, infinite, etc, and a toggle to cycle through all options from quick settings instead (the toggle, if on, would grey out the option to select a specific run time).

I tried implementing my own version of Caffeine using MacroDroid, but I made it use adb to cycle through and change the phone's timeout settings instead

Planned. Also an option to disable caffeine when the display is manually turned off will be too.
