Support score-k8s's --namespace

--namespace from score-spec/score-k8s#172.

Waiting for a new release of score-k8s integrating this last part of score-spec/score-k8s#172 (comment), until this, getting this error with previous score-k8s version:

Error: failed to provision resources: resource 'dapr-pubsub.default#my-workload.pubsub': failed to provision: manifests template failed: failed to execute template: template: :5:13: executing "" at <.Namespace>: can't evaluate field Namespace in type *templateprov.Data
