Motivation

1、Add a nightly-test-npu for the Ascend scenario.
2、Adjust the test framework in accordance with the community requirements.

Modifications

1. add nightly-test-npu.yaml and model testcases.
2. Modify the ci_register.py file、runner.py、test/run_suite.py to adapt to the Ascend scenario.

Accuracy Tests

Add test cases only, without involving accuracy testing.

Benchmarking and Profiling

Add test cases only, without involving Benchmarking.
