The PR is for CPU document update:
uvinstead ofconda, since the Dockerfile and CMakelist files have been updated in [CPU] Apply uv as package manager #14106.gcc&g++version if the user meet with compilation error.llama-3.2-3b, noting smaller models can run on common Xeon processors (non-flagship products).Also added @Xia-Weiwen into the CI permission list. Weiwen has been a core contributor of Pytorch, he has joined the Sglang workgroup and started to contribute here.
