- Split maturin-build-test into build-wheel and python-unit-tests jobs - build-wheel runs on 4-gpu-a10 for fast builds (~3 min vs 11 min) - build-wheel uploads wheel artifact, other jobs download instead of building - Remove rust dependencies from gateway-e2e jobs - Saves ~3 min per GPU job
