Description
Currently, when an account is queried, puffin pulls all associated transactions. It should only pull the queried account and sum it just as if the command was "heldeger reg account" at cli. This would allow for cash based accounting.
Similarly, the income report shows revenue, which is accrual (sum of invoice totals), not cash (actual collection). Cash receipts would typically be reported in one or more accounts on the asset side of the ledger. See above.
