OpenTelemetry [specs](https://opentelemetry.io/docs/languages/sdk-configuration/otlp-exporter/#otel_exporter_otlp_endpoint) states that by setting OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT, it should automatically set traces, metrics and logs endpoints. The [script](https://github.com/signalfx/splunk-otel-lambda/blob/main/scripts/splunk-default-config) doesn't take into account OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT
