Bullet points that wrap add an extraneous visual line break #1829
Description
When a word is too long and wraps in a bullet list, an extra visual newline is added at the beginning:
Before
After (added a single '2')
I can't be the first person to notice this, but I couldn't find an existing issue. Please let me know if it's a duplicate.
Is this expected behavior?
I notice this especially with long URLs.
