Replace the "Docker" notion with OCI-compatible container ?

Hi all !

While testing SilverBullet on my Mac, I managed to run it on Apple Container that is compatible with OCI (Open Cloud Initiative), by replacing the docker command with Apple's container command.

It could be helpful for other Mac users to rephrase this part of the Install manual accordingly.

That's pretty cool you got it running via apple containers.

You could update the docs yourself in website/Install and submit a PR
