We are building a unified interface that allows users to "hire" AI agents as easily as installing an app.
1. "Out of the Box" Action
No complex config. Water AI comes pre-packaged with a curated Marketplace of MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and Skills. Users simply enable "Legal Expert" or "Financial Analyst," and the agent has immediate access to the necessary tools and context.
2. The Architecture
- Orchestrator: A local-first client that manages context and tools.
- Memory: Ultra-sophisticated context management (RAG + Knowledge Graphs) to ensure agents retain institutional memory.
- Models: We utilize high-speed, cost-effective SOTA models like GLM-5 and Kimi 2.5 to keep latency low and intelligence high.
3. The Sustainable Business Model (The Inference Proxy)
We are not just building software; we are building an economy.
- The platform operates through a Managed Inference Proxy.
- Users pay for "work done" (tokens).
- We aggregate volume to get wholesale pricing from providers and charge a slight markup to fund development and the Foundation.
