Taxi: More detailed pricing model

It would be good if the pricing model could capture the following:

• Distance charges that depend on the total distance (e.g., often the first KMs of a trip are more expensive)
• Special charges for nighttime, weekends
• Special charges for certain areas, e.g., airports
