Unable to reference custom certificate outside of cert-manager

The current chart only allows certificates to be referenced from cert-manager with no ability to reference a certificate from an existing secret. I would like to be able to use my own certificate that is managed outside of cert-manager.

Are you able to use certificate.secret to accomplish this? If not, can you tell me what happens when you do? I'm also willing to review a PR for this as long as you remember to bump version in Chart.yaml.
