While researching getting the S3 upload working, i found this prior PR on the pixelfed project: pixelfed/pixelfed#4278

Based on that (and the current config/filesystems.php file in dev), setting the FILESYSTEM_DRIVER environment variable doesnt actually do anything anymore, one would need to set the DANGEROUSLY_SET_FILESYSTEM_DRIVER, which is not recommended/expected. I propose removing the pixelfed.filesystem.driver value based on that for clarity.
