The addBaseFilesByWildcard() function acts similar to addFilesByWildCard() but it basically works for the base files.
Added a bit of logging by printing before uploading the Base file and main testing files
Lastly, when uploaded the display names would show up as the whole directly when using *FilesByWildCard() functions. So, changed the display names a bit so that they only show the file name instead of the whole directory.
