Feature Request: Disable signature verification cheatcode

Sometimes I just want to send transactions without needing all signatures. I'd like to have a cheatcode to disable sigverify and reenable it later.

We actually have a (previously undocumented) flag you can add to the transaction, skipSigVerify. Add that flag to your transaction config and it should skip. Does that suit your needs?
