Add support for MapMacros to be consistent with the Sonic 1 and 2 Disassemblies

While the Sonic 1 and 2 Disassemblies did get updated to add in full MapMacros support, Sonic 3 & Knuckles' Disassembly doesn't have anything of that sort, especially when it would be helpful to make it work to make sure that all Sonic Retro Disassemblies of the Classic Sonic games stay consistent with one another.

This is a good point. Both the Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 disassemblies use MapMacros to simplify mappings data, and consistency is something that should be supported. Although I'm not a huge fan of MapMacros myself, I think the best approach would be to create an optional fork with MapMacros fully installed so the community has options to choose from.

It's not that I disagree with adding MapMacros to this disassembly; it's that I haven't gotten around to it yet. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of mappings in the s3.asm/sonic3k.asm file that haven't been split yet, and I have to find all of them.

From what I've seen, I think they all are, but things like springs, (Super) Sonic, and Special Stage characters have weird mergers of their things.
