Paths with hashtags are wrongly truncated when passed onto programs

All paths with hashtags will have any text past the hashtag, alongside the hashtag itself, removed from the path before Junction passes it onto another program.

Steps for reproduction:

• Create a folder with a hashtag within its name
• Place any file within newly made folder
• Open file

Here's a screenshot showing image viewer being shown a filepath that doesn't contain the hashtag.
