Junction shortcut does not work in chrome #163

First I'd just like to give you a huge thank you. This application is a real life saver for me as I use different browsers for personal use and for work.
The issue I am having is with the "Browser Integration Bookmark" in chrome.
In Firefox, the bookmark works flawlessly. However in Chrome it seems to feed slightly different output to junction.
Below is an example of me calling it from chrome and how the junction popup looks. The only reason Firefox is in that menu is because I manually tried to select Firefox and it seems to have remembered that. If you click on Firefox, Firefox tries to open a file at that location.
