[Bug] GitHub tab doesnt show website icon

GitHub tab doesnt show/load website icon in front of its name unlike other websites
P.S. unrelated but it d be nice to have the icon centered (regardless of website) if the tab name is left blank

appears to work now, idk what the problem was

nvm, just rechecked, doesnt work. so it only works on first opening of tangram of that day/boot ? (not sure) sometimes
if there is some sort of caching in the app i guess that could be related...
