same for me. I'm using Windows 10, v7.1.6, and still appears the same error. For the previous version, it also appeared a ffmepg error, but after this update, apparently it's solved (although the fix was for MacOS users)

Confirm - this morning 05:30 UTC+2 I downloaded 9 hi_res tracks over qobuz (tidal was already down) since then no download succeed.
