Consider adding a step to pipelines that would deploy all apps for end to end testing

The ideas:

• define a yaml where you define which app in which version and configuration should be deployed. Next the spring cloud deployer would pick it up and deploy everything to CF. Cool thing about this is that it would work both for CF and on a developer's machine
