UI elements appear behind top bar.

• The issue affects the Deck Android app, neither the Deck server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

In the latest version, opening any dialog or card causes the topmost UI elements to be behind the Android system UI. This makes them rather hard to interact with:

Expected behavior

All of the UI elements should slightly lower on the screen (the way it was before the last update).
