[Feature request] completion list and function parameter information

In qalculate-gtk, when user input function name, a completion list will appear. When user input function parameters, it will show function parameters' information below.

I finally started working on a completely new version of qalculator. This feature should be part of it. It might just take a while until it becomes alive.
