OCP4 cert is expired

let me fix this by adding OCP4 to the available automation we have for this.

OCP4 is now at least partially part of the ansible inventory. Due to its history, you can not use it e.g to re-deploy it. But you can use it to add/apply/update automation features we have. Esp. the feauter "redhat-internal-certificate" is nice because it can be used to refresh the certs, i.e. request new ones from the Red Hat Internal CA and apply them to the cluster (only if close to expiry).

Run it example like this from your laptop:

ansible-navigator run stormshift-cluster-mgmt.yaml --vault-password-file=.vault_pass -e @development-example.vars-private  \
        -e stormshift_cluster_action=add-features -e '{"stormshift_cluster_features": [redhat-internal-certificate]}' -e stormshift_cluster_name=ocp4
