[issue] RTL languages

I've just noticed that some components like lists and quotes do not align well with right to left (RTL) languages

Ah yes, interesting… This may be a tricky one. Ideally these decisions are made on a per-line basis. If you find any more examples, please share!

In fact, it would be very useful to have a mixed document like this with the various components for testing. Would you be able to make one?

as of verion 0.10.0, here are problems I've noticed and sorted from most important to least one. (from my point of view)

1. List indicators are not aligned according to the language direction
2. TODO lists have the same problem but a "checked todo item" alignes different
3. same problem with quote indicator
4. nested tags are weird
5. Inline Latex Equations aligned in reverse
6. title

The one thing in there that I'm not sure as to a way to solve it is with the math rendering. The rest seems like it can be solved by using the right "beginning/end" marks rather than "left/right" in styling.

I had a project that I was given AST of a document and I was able to do it by putting <span dir="ltr"> MATH RENDERED </span> and the result was fine if the line didn't break in the middle (to go to the next line)

I made a host of improvements to these issues in v0.12.0-alpha.1. However, some are still outstanding:

• Completed todos contain an x, and that's causing the entire line to be treated as ltr.
• I wasn't able to come to a quick solution for note titles.

The eventual solution might be to have it so that language direction is detected from logic Tangent invoke arbitrarily. e.g. this
