PDF embed overflows the screen (when display scale is set) on Windows

Hi,
I really appreciate your effort on this project.

when I embed a PDF file via wiki-embed ![[...]] or normal markdown embed ![](...) the PDF page overflows my screen

OS: Windows 10
Tangent: 0.12.0-alpha-4
Display: 3000 x 2000
OS Scale: 200%

It's strange since I don't have this problem **when my scaling is set to 100% **

Dreaded screen scale issues… I'm surprised; this is something Chromium should just handle. No issues with funky scales on macOS.

I took a look at this. I was not able to reproduce the issue on Windows 11. It's definitely still occurring for you folks?
