Expected Behavior

you can sync to a local file anywhere your account can access
you can pin the app to the task bar in Cinnamon
if you remove the snap app it keeps all your data and settings

Current Behavior

With the Snap package you can't sync to a local file, likely due to the limitations of apps running through snap
you can't pin the app to the task bar in Cinnamon
and the worst thing, if you remove the snap app it removes all the data and settings as well
